The project site, located in Shadyside and bounded by Claybourne Street, South Aiken Avenue, and Centre Avenue, will see the demolition of two mature houses on South Aiken Avenue to make way for a new building. Although the existing 10-story Arlington building at 515 S. Aiken Avenue is not part of this project, the new structure will be designed to complement its scale and design.

The new high-rise will feature a mix of residential, office, and parking spaces, plus a small retail area. Spanning 123,500 square feet over ten floors, with two additional levels of underground parking, the building will offer Class A multi-family units and office space for the Owner’s property management team. Residential units will vary to meet market demands.

Amenities will include a package room, bike storage, and a rooftop deck. The 10,000-square-foot office area will serve as the Owner’s headquarters, housing about 30 staff members and featuring a conference room, breakout room, IT closet, and storage.
