Rockwell Park is an expansive development spanning over 800,000 square feet, situated in the North Point Breeze neighborhood on Pittsburgh’s East Side.
This development is the result of transforming a series of previously abandoned industrial warehouses into modern office and mixed-use spaces. Each building has been meticulously renovated to meet contemporary standards, offering a blend of functionality and aesthetic appeal.
A newly designed, modern concrete plaza, featuring lush landscaping, seamlessly connects the individual buildings, creating a cohesive and vibrant campus environment.
Sustainability is a key focus of Rockwell Park, with numerous eco-friendly features incorporated into the design. These include energy-efficient lighting, rain gardens, bicycle parking facilities, electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, and low albedo materials to reduce heat absorption and enhance environmental performance.
