Lexington Tech Park is an adaptive reuse project that transforms a 340,000-square-foot factory and office facility into a cutting-edge, multipurpose tenant space. The building, which dates back to the early to mid-20th century, features a mix of factory additions, each contributing to its unique architectural character.

Many of the refurbished areas boast high ceilings, making them ideal for creative and maker-type tenants who require spacious and flexible environments. A standout design element is the new entrance bridge and glass cube lobby. This pedestrian bridge will span a loading area, connecting the building to the newly designed streetscape.

The cantilevered glass cube serves as the new ceremonial main entrance and doubles as a versatile work and conference space. Connected to this striking new lobby will be a cafeteria and coffee bar, designed to cater to the diverse needs of all tenants within "The Lexington Cube." This vibrant hub aims to foster a dynamic community and provide a range of amenities to support both professional and social interactions.
