It features a series of single-story pavilions extending from a two-story central volume. The primary volume showcases sealed cypress banding and a projecting shiplap cypress roof. Pavilions are set on light grey cement blocks, with floor-to-ceiling ultra-clear glazing and dark grey corrugated metal panels. The solid base integrates with the landscape, allowing grasses to reach the river rock perimeter.
