This project marks a significant revitalization of residential living in downtown Pittsburgh. The 18-story, 60-unit condominium is the first major high-rise residential building to be constructed in the area in over two decades, targeting professionals and business leaders seeking the convenience and charm of city living.

Given the constraints of a tight urban lot surrounded by high-rise buildings, the architects adopted a tower-and-podium design. The podium includes a parking structure with 118 spaces, extending both above and below ground. Residents enter through a covered, recessed entry on the river side, while a second entrance leads through a private garden to the lobby, connecting with the city.

Units range from 1,000 to 1,900 square feet and offer panoramic views of the city and river valleys. The building features major materials such as glass curtain walls, precast concrete panels, and brick masonry.
