Duquesne University is set to complete an 11-story, 556-bed student apartment building on Forbes Avenue, opening in fall 2024. The facility will offer 216 apartment units, each featuring private bedrooms, full-size beds, in-unit washers and dryers, and a range of modern amenities. Residents will benefit from 24-hour emergency maintenance, a front desk, a fitness center, student lounges, study and collaboration spaces, a communal kitchen, a game room, a mini mart, and bike storage. The building will also include outdoor courtyards and in-building mail service.

This new development expands the university's footprint, allowing for a broader range of student life experiences. It aims to enhance the Forbes Avenue corridor and improve housing options, with plans to achieve LEED Silver certification.
