Craft Forward is an eight-story condominium on Forward Avenue, next to Frick Park, replacing the Irish Center. It features five wood-frame floors above a masonry base, with two parking levels integrated into the sloped site.

The ground floor includes lobby access, bicycle parking, an indoor pool, a fitness center, a yoga studio, and coworking spaces. The building's exterior is brick masonry, with massing designed to blend with the park. Each unit, available in one, two, and three-bedroom configurations, has a balcony with custom mesh rails and large windows with terrace doors. The parking podium also houses an inground pool.
