Sophie Seiden

completed her profession degree in interior design from the FIDM / Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, San Francisco in 2013, where she earned the Henry Adams Award and graduated on the Dean’s Honors List. Prior to studying desgin, Ms. Seiden earned a B.A. in Communications from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2012. 

Ms. Seiden has extensive experience in interior design and interior architectural work with a diverse range of both residential and commercial projects at an international level.  She previously worked at Nicole Hollis, The Office of Charles de Lisle, and Restoration Hardware Headquarters.  At these firms, she managed all aspects of projects including schematic design, design development, procurement, custom furniture design, art consultation, and turn-key installation coordination.

A native Californian, Ms. Seiden moved to Pittsburgh and joined Indovina Associates Architects in 2018. Ms. Seiden serves as the Design Director for the firm’s in-house Interior Design firm, Studio Lokken. From concept to implementation, Studio Lokken offers full service interior design services and  believes the best designs reflect the client’s needs, enhances the inherit characteristics of a space and adds an element of the unexpected.
