Martin A. Busser AIA NCARB

is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University having received a Bachelor of Architecture in 2002.  While at Penn State, Martin aided the architecture department in creating a 3-D virtual reality lab where visitors could experience their new structures in a digital world.

 

Mr. Busser began his professional career at Foreman Architects Engineers during his time in college both during breaks and while at school.  He was hired on as a full time designer post graduation.  The firm specialized in K-12 education projects.  He spent the summer of 2002 working in the field for Foreman Construction Managers.

 

Martin joined Indovina Associates Architects in 2003.  Today, as a firm Principal, he is responsible for all aspects of a project, ranging from preparing project proposals to creating construction documents and final building inspections.  Martin also uses his skills creating computer generated illustrations, designing and building websites and constructing physical models.  He is also a registered member of the AIA and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.

 

Mr. Busser has completed many projects over a myriad of typologies including multi-family housing, public amenities such as the Pittsburgh Zoo and parking garages.  He is the “go-to guy” at Indovina Associates Architects for any type of parking situation. Prior to relocating to the city of Pittsburgh, Martin was an active member of the Enon Valley Community Volunteer Fire Department.  There he was a front-line fireman as well as a certified EMT.
